The development and implementation of asset integrity management plans for static equipment.
Develop, implement, and maintain RBI programs in accordance with industry standards (e.g., API 580/581).
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to prioritize inspection activities.
Support inspection planning using risk-based methodologies (e.g., API 580/581).
Review and interpret inspection data to recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
ASSET INTEGRITY PROFESSIONAL
Other key experience required include proficiency with RBI software tools (e.g., PCMS, Meridian, SAP-PM), certification in API 580/581 while API 510/570/571 is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of asset integrity management principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements will be needed as will proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and technical communication.

You will have at least 5 years of experience as an Asset Integrity Inspector or in a similar role within the power generation, oil and gas, and other relevant industries. You will have a working knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., AS/NZS, API, ASME, ISO) and strong knowledge of inspection techniques, corrosion mechanisms, and failure analysis.
