

Provides power tools, hand tools, outdoor equipment, engineered fastening systems and industrial solutions.
In this role you will start and monitor tapping machines, adjust settings, gauge and inspect parts, record production data on SPC charts and daily sheets, and operate a pallet jack to move tubs and load equipment. The position requires flexibility to work overtime and to perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
The Tapping Operator position is on the 2nd shift (2:00 pm‑10:00 pm) at the Montpelier, IN plant, offering a starting pay of $19 per hour plus a shift differential, sign‑on and retention bonuses. The production floor environment includes variable temperatures, high noise levels requiring hearing protection, and occasional oil‑slick surfaces, with powered industrial vehicles operating nearby.
