Improve Rebate Return on investment and external engagement.
Provide weekly and monthly updates on our performance, team and competitor insights to the sales controller.
To develop a sales strategy for the relevant national accounts which will realise sales, margin and market share growth goals ahead of PPG's competitors.
Ensure a maintained growth pipeline and the process is followed to improve performance.
Create and shape Joint business plans internally and externally to maximise results from their customer base to lead triple win. PPG/Customer/Consumer.
Ensure performance Measurements are realised, and client link commercial excellence metrics are the best.
Develop clear 2-way communication channels with commercial co-ordinators to deliver admin and pricing accuracy
Establish sales goals by forecasting and developing annual and monthly sales; project expected sales volume and profit for our products
Develop relationships with all internal and external partners.
