The Entry Level Recruiter oversees the full recruitment cycle, including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment data while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

- 1–2 years of customer‑service experience (recruiting experience preferred)
- Detail‑oriented, organized, with ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate urgency
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships
- Effective oral communication and presentation abilities
