Follow Site Work Instruction Manual and Job Safety Analysis procedures
Maintain an electronic logbook of LHY unit operational activities
Solve plant process upsets using indicators and DCS trends with console operator
Maintain online training program requirements
Issue safety work permits and perform lockout/tagout of process equipment
Inspect work areas continuously for mechanical problems, safety hazards, and unusual conditions
Keep work and supply areas safe, clean, and orderly
Ensure plant safety, environmental, and quality procedures are followed
Attend and contribute to monthly safety meetings
Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative maintenance tasks
Assist in reviewing and updating operating procedures as required
Operate unit equipment via DCS
Meet call‑in/on‑call requirements as needed
Work in all weather conditions

Operations experience or military background preferred

Ability to read and interpret piping and instrumentation drawings
Familiarity with personal computers and/or DCS systems
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong collaboration skills
Climb ladders and steps and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Elevated work required
