Abiltiy to provide training and refresher updates and assist users in the performance of their routine drafting tasks if needed.
Submit appropriate requests on behalf of D&C to ITS via the ticketing management system. To include onboarding and offboarding requests, incident requests, software requests, etc.
Actively works with the many business units within the D&C to assess IT program needs and requirements.
Coordinate with requestors to obtain appropriate information, documentation, and approvals.
Monitor progress and status of tickets submitted to ensure appropriate and timely resolution of issues and requests.
Interact with D&C staff to understand issues and determine appropriate path for resolution of requests.
Address IT-Related issues that do not require the services of ITS.
Identifies opportunities and recommendations to improve system utilization and functionality.
Facilitate follow-up communications, as necessary, to ensure completion of requests.
Act as the Design and Construction Technical Representative with ITS.
Communicates and coordinates with internal business units and outside agency representatives (e.g., ITS, SFS) necessary for the administration of data systems.

The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
IT customer support and training; computer installation, diagnosis and repair; computer security; databaseadministration and maintenance information technology.
Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity in all MS Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
