In this role you will perform all Lean Manufacturing duties for the team leader’s area, promote and maintain a safe and organized workplace, and relieve team members when they need to leave the workstation.
You will train and cross‑train team members, initiate daily production improvements, maintain, audit, and improve standard work, and apply understanding of TAKT time, cycle time, and single‑piece flow to identify and eliminate waste.
The position requires reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns, installing unit vehicle components and accessories, setting up jigs and fixtures, and using basic computer skills while adhering to Terex safety policies and quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift up to 40 lb (up to 100 lb with assistance), and possess 1‑3 years of lean manufacturing experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently or in a team, and experience with hydraulics, electrical, or fabrication are required.
Additional qualifications include problem‑solving ability, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the capacity to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work overtime and perform other job functions as needed is also expected.

The hourly compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $22.50, based on factors such as education, experience, and certifications. The description is non‑exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned.
