Local to Houston or willing to relocate
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clear communication
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial projects
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor
