The Facilities Administrative Coordinator delivers administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management function at CMI’s Washington, DC customer site. The role ensures efficient coordination of facility services through accurate record‑keeping, vendor communication, service request tracking, and internal coordination. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of facility operations and work orders, tracking Service Request System (SRS) entries and integrating them with Maximo, and coordinating communications with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. The coordinator also supports scheduling, follow‑ups, status reporting, and timely closure of service requests to promote operational efficiency.
Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, detail‑oriented, self‑starting, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication, punctuality, reliability, and proficiency with facility management systems and administrative tools are essential.
