Outside Sales Representatives develop, manage, and maintain a client base for the commercial repair division, driving new business and supporting existing accounts.
- Develop new accounts and manage existing customer base
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Consult and specify roofing repairs meeting industry standards
- Participate in and coordinate trade shows and marketing events to grow market share
- Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, service hand‑off, account management, and networking
- Use Salesforce daily for account management, scheduling, proposals, and activity tracking
- Use BOX to document roof conditions and support repair proposals
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and manufacturer seminars for continuing education
- Estimate and assess existing roof conditions, including core cuts when needed
- Provide operations team with necessary project information and support
- Assist with receivable duties for accounts as directed by management

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (college preferred), a minimum of two years of outside sales or business development experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and self‑motivation skills.
The position requires regular ladder work, climbing, lifting up to 50 lb, and standing for long periods while accessing roofs in varying weather conditions, from extreme heat to cold temperatures.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, and estimating software (plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Outgoing, energetic personality with high self‑confidence
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and calendar
- Communicate consistently and promote company services
