Receptionist

Description

Working with a tier 1 global firm, you will be the first point of contact for teams & visitors and be a vital member of the admin team.

• Manage reception and front-of-house duties, greeting visitors and issuing passes
• Maintain meeting rooms and shared areas to ensure they are clean, presentable and set up daily
• Conduct safety observations, assist with audits and ensure onsite guidelines are followed
• Maintain inventory for office supplies and stationery
• Support with data entry, reporting, presentations and record management
• Coordinate mail, couriers, deliveries and site access for contractors
• Assist the Facilities/Operations team with general administration
• Help set up AV equipment and meeting room requirements
• Maintain key databases and ensure timely updates across systems
• Raise and monitor work orders, track compliance documentation and liaise with contractors

Requirements

An excellent permanent part-time role for an administrator in the ACT.

• Comfortable working with systems, reporting and documentation
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Full police check will be required for this role
• Ability to work extra hours as necessary
• Professional, polished communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be an Australian Citizen - those on visas will not be considered
