Senior Director, Technology Program and Change Manager

Description

A technology change‑management operating model will be established and maintained, including dedicated forums, working groups, and status reporting. You will coordinate change efforts across Product, Business, Innovation, Tech Advisory, and Support teams, ensuring alignment with Marketing & Communications for effective tech communications. Influencing and winning stakeholder support across functions and regions will be critical to the success of change programs.

• Lead initiation, planning, execution, and governance of technology programs across product, engineering, business, and support teams.
• Align global business product capabilities with strategic roadmaps and engage stakeholders to define integrated programs.
• Manage program finances, vendor relationships, key performance metrics, and develop risk mitigation plans with executive escalation.
• Establish and maintain a technology change‑management operating model, including forums, working groups, and status reporting.
• Coordinate change initiatives across Product, Business, Innovation, Tech Advisory, and Support, partnering with Marketing & Communications.
• Influence and secure stakeholder support across functions and regions for change programs.

You will own program initiation, planning, execution, and governance across technology product, engineering, business, and support functions, while understanding global product capabilities and strategic roadmaps. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of technology experience—preferably in commercial real estate or financial markets—is required. Proven success delivering complex global programs, managing matrix teams, and influencing senior leadership demonstrates the needed expertise. Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organization skills, along with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment, are essential.
