You will own program initiation, planning, execution, and governance across technology product, engineering, business, and support functions, while understanding global product capabilities and strategic roadmaps. Stakeholder engagement across regions will be essential to define and execute integrated programs, manage finances, vendor relationships, key performance metrics, and mitigate risks with appropriate executive escalation. Program governance will be maintained through structured forums, working groups, status reports, and other oversight mechanisms.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of technology experience—preferably in commercial real estate or financial markets—is required. Proven success delivering complex global programs, managing matrix teams, and influencing senior leadership demonstrates the needed expertise. Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organization skills, along with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment, are essential.
