- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
- Have good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Power Point, etc.
- Strong customer focus, with good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven track record in the implementation of safe systems to work processes
- Experience with computerised Maintenance Management Systems, EAMS or equivalent.
- Experience with electronic permit to work systems.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Educated to trades / technical ordinary degree or equivalent/ technical degree level
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in safe systems to work and both maintenance and operation within a Pharma environment.
- Ability to prioritise duties
- Evidence of self-development and leadership
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage in-house alliance partner and OEM contractor staff in a team-based environment
- Ability to Learn
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in Engineering Environment, particularly in Pharmaceutical.
