Associate Manager - Design Coordination (CPIT)

Description

• Drive innovation and creativity in design solutions while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Provide guidance and support to the design team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect design implementation and quality control.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in real estate design.
• Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, building codes, and Adani's quality guidelines.
• Monitor project progress and address any design-related issues or changes promptly.
• Review and approve design drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop design concepts and plans.
• Prepare and present design proposals, progress reports, and presentations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
• Professional certification in Architecture or Design Management is preferred
