Set up machine including:
Review documentation / work orders
Train employees
Monitor production
Operate fork trucks and change cylinders
Participate in team meetings
Set up / adjust armor machine per specifications
Communicate with supervisors

Propane cylinders: 28” high, 12” diameter, 45 lbs. full
Variety of hand held power tools such as sawsall, band saw
Lub oil barrels: 40” hig, 26” diameter, 20-30 lbs. force to move (varies with how full barrel is)
Push broom, dust pan
Hand held power tools such as band saw: 15 lbs., saws all, 20 lbs.
Rolls of metal and fabric up to 32” diameter, 1-2” wide,
String spindles: 8” high, 4” diameter, 2-3 lbs.
Miller spot welder, 4” high work height, 18” high foot activation pedal
Easy reel mover
Hoist and lift assist devices
Calibration tools including: vernier caliper and micrometer
Printer: 42” high
Metal: requires hoist
Reels, various sized, moved with assist devices
Printer on wheeled stand
TIG welder: 46” high
Fork truck
Variety of hand tools including but not limited to: long handle cutters and wrenches, utility knife, scissors, file ratchets
Machine controls: 58-66” high
Experience in the wire & cable industry a plus but not required.
High school degree required.
