The Safety Specialist promotes and maintains a safe, healthy, and incident‑free work environment for all jobsite personnel. This role leads the development, coordination, and enforcement of safety programs and accident‑prevention strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. It also supports the company’s “Client for Life” philosophy by building strong, safety‑focused relationships with new and existing clients.
The position works on construction and industrial sites, exposing the specialist to changing site conditions, temperature variations, and diverse weather. The role requires the use of a laptop and standard personal protective equipment such as hard‑toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high‑visibility vest, and harness, while adapting quickly to a dynamic workplace.
