Create governance to support change and deployment into the applications.
Provide first line support to the business for open issues and be the first point of contact to third party support teams.
Undertake and/or co-ordinate any developments with third parties.
Co-ordinate with Salesforce Admin to ensure the solution environments are aligned, operational and supported at all times.
Mentor junior members of the team to support their skill set development.
Manage service transition from the programmes into BAU .
Receive and co-ordinate the changes delivered through Sales Force Release Notes, ensuring the business are aware of new features being delivered
Environment management ensuring the stack is correctly governed and managed to ensure projects and CI/CD initiatives are correctly deployed to time and budget.
Manage all user profiles and license allocations.

A proven track record in a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience being certified as Marketing Cloud Developer.
Be customer centric to ensure the business and project teams have an excellent user experience.
Experience of configuration and management of Jira is highly desirable.
A proven track record in a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience being certified as marketing Cloud Administrator.
Undertake configuration changes to the system and deploy Proven experience of using GitHub/Gitlab.
Attention to detail to ensure the business receive optimised solutions that meet the organisational need.
Proven experience of administering Financial Force and understanding it.
Experience of understanding Salesforce licence management and manage license allocations and user profiles in line with our contractual obligations.
Experience of undertaking Salesforce upgrades and ensuring the business are aware of new features and enabling through the environment stack.
Experience of integrating Marketing Cloud with MuleSoft and other Salesforce and non Salesforce applications.
Proven experience of using Salesforce integration tools, specifically MuleSoft.
Ticket management and prioritisation of activities.
