The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager by handling financial and operational tasks such as accounting, month‑end close, financial reporting, invoice processing, rent collection, bank deposits, and account reconciliations, while utilizing property management software to track all community finances.
Incumbents must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions. Occasional travel may be required for training or to assist other properties, and the role demands a flexible schedule that includes on‑call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Applicants need at least three years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager or an equivalent role. The position offers an hourly wage of $26.00‑$28.00 and may include eligibility for quarterly, monthly, or annual bonus programs depending on corporate or onsite status, with compensation adjusted for experience, location, and business needs.
