- Procéder aux fermetures des projets et des phases terminées si requis;
- Inscrire les budgets associés, effectuer les mises à jour s’il y a lieu;
- Vérifier les imputations aux projets (feuilles de temps, essais de laboratoire, fournitures, sous-traitance), faire les ajustements si nécessaire et effectuer les écritures de profit et perte sur facturation;
- Être organisé et savoir gérer les priorités
- Procéder à l’ouverture du projet selon l’offre de service en utilisant les standards pour les différentes phases de réalisation du mandat et adapter aux spécificités du projet les phases et méthodes de facturation;
- Informer le contrôleur de projet de toute déviation, retard ou autres contraintes impactant la facturation des travaux en cours;
- Exécuter tout autre tâches connexes nécessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs.

- Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) : niveau avancé
- Détenir plus de 5 années d’expérience en facturation de services de type projet
- Posséder des compétences avec les logiciels suivants :
- Posséder un bon français écrit et parlé
- Excel : niveau intermédiaire
- Suivre l’avancement du mandat et des indicateurs de performance (TEC, facturation, comptes à recevoir);
- Être méthodique, rigoureux et minutieux
- Détenir de bonnes habiletés de communication
- DEC/AEC en comptabilité ou toute combinaison d’expérience pertinente
- Effectuer mensuellement la facturation des travaux en cours conformément aux politiques de facturation en vigueur;
- Horaire de travail de 37,5 heures par semaine.
