- Be involved with Team growth and development of your staff by providing technical guidance, coaching, training and involvement with hiring decisions.
- Play an active role in proposals, project budgets, scheduling, and presentations, contributing to the growth and success of each project.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the company to ensure seamless project delivery and unparalleled service for our clients.
- Mentor and oversee the work of EITs or Technicians, helping to develop the next generation of transportation design professionals.
- Lead the design and coordination of complex transportation projects, working with a dynamic, collaborative team to deliver exceptional results.
- As you advance in your career, you will have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, managing project schedules, budgets, and client relationships while coordinating with subconsultants to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Engage in a variety of exciting tasks, including 3D modeling, roadway design calculations, quantity and cost estimates, and preparing detailed project plans.

- A Texas PE license or the ability to obtain one within six months.
- Proficiency in preparing, reading, and understanding construction plans and technical documents, with a strong working knowledge of OpenRoads Designer.
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or similar degree) from an accredited institution, with 4-15 years of experience in transportation design, ideally with TxDOT and/or Municipal clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic that will allow you to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
