Assist with organizing and maintaining tools, equipment, and materials at project sites, in the office, and in crew vehicles.
Comply with client safety protocols, Alberta OH&S regulations, and IGI’s Integrated Safety Program.
Participate in safety training and demonstrate competent use of survey-related equipment and vehicles.

Integrated Geomatics Inc. (IGI) is currently seeking a Survey Assistant to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. IGI supports client development by integrating survey and environmental services with GIS mapping and design. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in geomatics technology or someone who enjoys working outdoors.

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
This is a safety-sensitive position requiring valid safety certifications (H2S, First Aid, CPR).
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
Diploma or degree in Geomatics Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with survey methodologies is an asset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow direction effectively.
Previous experience in surveying or outdoor fieldwork is preferred.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on project needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with AutoCAD is an asset.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
