Provide insurance-related input to audits, board reports, and risk reviews.
Work closely with the legal and commercial teams to review contracts, support negotiations, and ensure contractual obligations.
Align insurance programs with lenders’ requirements and ensure compliance with local and international insurance regulations.
Lead negotiations with insurers and brokers to secure optimal coverage, terms, and pricing.
Partner with business units to periodically analyze and quantify risk exposures and drive risk mitigation strategies.
Establish internal policies and procedures for insurance management and compliance.
Create and optimize systems for managing insurance certificates with customers and vendors.
Design, implement, and oversee the company’s global insurance program.
Direct the handling of complex claims, including property damage, business interruption, liability, and construction-related claims.
Communicate and coordinate internally with business leaders regarding risks.

Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, risk management, or any related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
