5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Grade 4 or above in English language and Grade 5 or above in maths.
3 A-levels (or equivalent) with at least a Grade B in A-level maths and two additional A-levels at Grade B (or equivalent). Note: citizenship skills, general studies, and critical thinking are not accepted.
A relevant BTEC engineering qualification, T-level, a preceding level apprenticeship, or equivalent demonstrable work experience in the field, which we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Your degree will be completed on a block-release basis, with approximately four five-day blocks on campus each year.
Benefits
After your first couple of years on placement, we may encourage you to work at one of our operational sites, such as Sheffield or London, to deepen your skills and understanding of the wider business.
Your base location will be our Nottingham office. We operate a hybrid working model, so depending on placements you will be expected in the office 1-3 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home on other days. Company-funded travel will be required, and you may have placement opportunities at other E.ON sites across the UK.
