The QA Manager – Digital Applications leads quality assurance for IEM’s digital quotation and estimation platform, OptIEMize, and related software tools. Working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams, the manager ensures quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include overseeing QA execution, test automation, release readiness, and managing QA resources while partnering closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, engineering, and sales to support IEM’s LV/MV switchgear business.
The role is fully remote, with up to 10 % travel required to IEM facilities, supplier sites, compliance audits, or conferences. Applicants residing in or planning to work from California are not eligible.
