Account Executive

Description

• Gather market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and upcoming projects.
• Represent AIMS Companies at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Report regularly to the VP of Sales – West Business Unit.
• Support bid and proposal preparation with branch managers and internal teams.
• Identify new bids, RFQs, and RFPs across public and private sectors.
• Build and strengthen relationships with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and key decision-makers.
• Develop new business opportunities and explore new service lines/markets.
• Drive revenue growth and secure long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a driven Account Executive to expand our presence in Southern California while supporting growth across Arizona and Nevada.

• Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales/marketing platforms.
• Experienced in business development, sales, or client relations—especially in construction or industrial services.
• Well-connected in Southern California (Arizona/Nevada relationships are a plus).
• Willing to travel for client visits, events, and site meetings.
• Knowledgeable about the construction market and bid process.
• A strong communicator and negotiator with proven success closing high-value deals.
