Responsible for arranging NCR review meeting of receipt, assembly sections and monitor effective implementation of CAPA for the actions initiated by concerned process owners of bare compressor.
Review inspection procedures / plans and update if required.
Implement FCAC related actions at appropriate levels.
Support sales for identifying/ reviewing quality requirements during tender phase, pre-order stage-spec review, tender QAP.
On time Inspection at various stages,
Maintain in process assembly checks and quality documents at various levels.
Responsible for MRT, final inspection and spare inspection of bare compressor for PL2 & PL7.
Responsible for project QA activities e.g., QAP, Test procedure preparation & approvals, preparing other applicable quality documents and dossier.
Support services for inspection and document support in OBC and other work packages.
Update project status/ other highlights to section head for management updates on regular basis.
Responsible for QA documents review for receipt parts and coordinating QC activities at receipt.
Co-ordinate calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment and certificate review.
Get inspection satisfaction feedback from TPI / Clients on regular basis.
Responsible for TPI/ client handling during inspections, preparing documentation at each stage.
Conducting testing at various stages e.g., DT, NDT, painting, hydro, pneumatic etc.
Review and implement inspection instruments/ tools required for project specific activities.
Participate daily sequence manager meeting on shop floor and monitor project schedule activities related to QA.
Responsible for QA support to design during item code creation.
Update on monthly basis- project planning sheet, capacity planning time sheets and graphs related to compressor section.
