As the Regional Head Sales - Retail, West India will be responsible for achieving sales targets and distribution objectives by implementing a comprehensive route to market program, executing channel and distributor plans, and leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve desired results. Key Responsibilities o Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets across all product lines in his region. o Create strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and strengthen relationships with channel partners. o This role involves setting sales targets, negotiating agreements, and ensuring that partners have the necessary resources and support. o Strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management skills are essential to success in this position. o Drive sales targets for the assigned residential project, ensuring consistent monthly and quarterly closures. o Lead a team of sales team leads, executives, and support at the site. Manage daily site operations including team briefings, customer meetings, and lead walk-ins. o Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on site branding, collaterals, campaigns, and lead quality. o Ensure excellent customer experience at the site from enquiry to booking to handover support. o Provide regular sales MIS, dashboards, and forecasts to management. o Work closely with the CRM teams to drive deal closures and documentation. o Track competitor activities and provide inputs for pricing and product positioning. o Manage and mentor the sales team, drive performance, and foster a high-performance culture o Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and buyer behavior
