Purchase Executive ( Walk In 6 Dec 2025, Saturday)

Description

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor management, purchase order preparation, material sourcing, and inventory coordination. The role requires proficiency in Tally ERP, negotiation skills, and attention to detail to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with company requirements.

• Handle day-to-day purchase operations, including PO creation, vendor follow-ups, and material tracking.
• Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain all purchase documentation.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor performance and assist in identifying new, reliable suppliers.
• Maintain accurate purchase, stock, and vendor data in Tally ERP.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory).
• Tally experience will be preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably someone from Escalator, Elevator or Paking Systems Experience
• The ability to negotiate effectively and maintain professional vendor relationships.
• Fresher - 2 years of experience in purchase or procurement (preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors).
