Coordinate with regional finance teams to collect, review, and consolidate budget and forecast submissions
Prepare and manage the Corporate function’s budget and forecast, ensuring alignment with overall financial targets
Maintain and enhance financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and scenario planning
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure consistency across planning systems and reporting outputs
Assist in the development of Board and Audit Committee materials under the guidance of the Manager, Internal Reporting and FP&A
Ensure data integrity and consistency across the consolidation and planning system
Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment
Validate accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial data across regions and functions
Lead the annual budgeting process, including timeline management, data consolidation, and stakeholder engagement

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning systems (BPC, SAC, One Stream etc.)
Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional and multi-currency environments
Professional Accounting Designation (CPA or equivalent), MBA or a CFA preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
8+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
