We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Commercial & Multi‑Unit Renovation Projects to generate a consistent pipeline of renovation projects for Ideal Siding franchisees across Canada and the United States. The role involves identifying, initiating and nurturing partnerships with property managers, contractors, developers, real‑estate agencies, restoration firms and building owners to expand our network and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
Candidates must have at least seven years of experience in franchising, multi‑unit operations or business coaching, a proven record of improving P&L performance, and strong facilitation and group‑coaching skills. Experience in construction or home services is preferred, along with high credibility, excellent communication, emotional intelligence and the ability to travel 15‑25 % of the time across Canada and the US.
