- Digest and triage incoming documents for proper routing.
- Manage document workflows within Veeva Vault eTMF.
- Support CMC documentation and validation processes.
- Ensure workflows are completed and progressing smoothly.

- Familiarity with Veeva Vault and quality systems.
- 2-3 years of experience working within Veeva Vault.
- No 4-year degree required—open to candidates with relevant experience.
- Experience with GMP, document control, and quality assurance.
- Comfortable with basic document control tasks.
- Proficiency in compliance and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume document flow.
- Background in manufacturing or laboratory environments.
- Entry-level quality assurance candidates with document management exposure may be considered.
