Plans and defines project goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies
Responsible for all issues involving erection. Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all program or project activity, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule
Estimating for Pipe bids. Prepare a complete estimated price with a comprehensive description of all items. Prepare time, cost, labor, freight shipping etc.
Responsible for training, coaching and overseeing the work of Project Managers. Develop standard of operating procedure for Project Managers.
Responsible for all scheduling and work coordination between shop and erector, and manage all on site work activities.
Prepare and maintain a detailed schedule for drawing approvals, shop issues, buy outs and erection. Responsible for managing and tracking all payments, change orders, and back charges.
Acts as the Company representative with the client and selected suppliers during the program or project execution. Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client. Assists business development in understanding client issues and business plans in order to market and secure new/additional work.
Manage Field Reports, monitor the Earned Values per Project, and preform site visits, presents safety presentations and other duties as assigned.
