AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team for newly awarded projects across various sectors and locations in the UAE.

The role requires experience in sectors such as hospitality, residential, buildings, or infrastructure, with at least four years in a consultant or client capacity, and proficiency in QS software like CostX.

Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities, as well as solid technical writing skills in English.

Preferred qualifications include previous experience with FIDIC contracts, a degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university, and a minimum of five years post‑degree experience in contracts and commercial management.

Minimum 4 years consultant or client experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, or infrastructure.
Proficient in QS software CostX or similar.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Excellent English technical writing ability.
Preferred experience with FIDIC contracts.
Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
At least 5 years post‑degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
