Provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, manufacturer requirements, and building codes.
Track material usage, labor costs, and project financials.
Inspect substrates at the time of the visit and ensure that all is acceptable before installation of roof system.
Ensure that all materials are properly secured and protected at the jobsite.
Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure that all materials are installed with correct adhesives and fasteners in the correct fastening pattern.
Ensure that all materials are installed with the correct lapping, jointing, and staggering as required
Review contracts, specifications, and drawings to ensure project compliance.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct site visits to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Ensure that all material is stored and installed within the correct environmental conditions.
Ensure that the specifications shop drawings and scope of work are being followed exactly.
Ensure that all materials on the job meet the requirements of the construction docs including but not limited construction plans, shop drawings, and/or manufacturer printed instructions.
Monitor job progress and resolve issues proactively.
Support and mentor field leaders (superintendents, foremen).
Plan, organize, and oversee multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously.
Ensure that all materials are installed at the correct heat and rate, as required.

Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems.
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) preferred.
5–7 years of commercial roofing or construction management experience.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but experience may substitute.
