Developing and executing strategy for a product line within Eaton's electrical engineering services and systems division, including pricing, promotions, training, and action plans to achieve revenue and margin goals.
Drive division and Sector strategic growth initiatives within the product line such as Energy Transition including turnkey Microgrid, Hydro-electric modernization, Synchronous Condenser, Distribution Substation design & build, etc. across relevant segments– Utility, Industrial, Data Center, and Government.
Oversee proposal team to develop and execute strategy for continuous improvement of resource efficiency, proposal turnaround, opportunity conversion, and decision-making effectiveness.
Define and effectively communicate the product line offering, target market, and segment strategies, acting as a fierce advocate for the business to grow mindshare and generate demand.
Set strategic direction on role-relevant digital tools, processes and metrics that improve ease of doing business and meet revenue, profitability targets.
Lead the planning process for the product line, including the alignment with the operations, sales, and finance, presenting strategy to key stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment.
Execute plan for product go-to-market that is informed by market trends, competitors’ positioning, portfolio gaps, and underpenetrated segments/geographies, presenting out progress and results.
Work with MarCom team to support the promotion of services; including traditional promotional materials as well as on-line and multimedia assets.
Advocate for investments, with ownership of business opportunity case development and results.
