Deep understanding of construction means and methods, cost control, scheduling, and safety.
Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or 10–15 years of progressive construction experience with a general contractor.
Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera).
Proven success delivering large-scale commercial, healthcare, education, or multi-family projects with a general contractor.
OSHA 30, or ability to acquire, is required
LEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable building practices is preferred
State/local General Contractors license is preferred.
PMP and CQMC preferred.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
