Graduate Engineer Trainee - ITI

Description

• Assist in solar PV system design, layout planning, and performance analysis for rooftop, ground-mounted, and floating solar projects.
• Support sustainability initiatives, quality control, and HSE practices at project sites.
• Work with project teams during installation, commissioning, testing, and O&M activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, EPC partners, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Support site surveys, feasibility studies, and preparation of technical reports and BOQs.
• Assist in documentation for government tenders, technical bids, and compliance requirements.
• Analyze energy generation data, losses, and system performance using industry tools and software.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives, innovation projects, and digital solar solutions.

Requirements

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Years

We are looking for highly motivated and innovative ITI graduates who are passionate about renewable energy and solar power. As a Solar Energy Engineer / Management Trainee, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, project execution, operations, business development, and digital innovation. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world solar projects and an accelerated learning curve in the renewable energy sector.

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech (ITI preferred) – Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Civil, or related disciplines

• Good communication skills and ability to work in team-based environments.
• Basic understanding of solar PV technology, inverters, modules, BOS components, and grid connectivity.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering, energy systems, or mechanical concepts.
• Exposure to large-scale solar and floating solar projects across India.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in dynamic field conditions.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, PVsyst (preferred) or similar tools.
