What you would be doing

  • Liaise with engineering, operations, and project teams to facilitate smooth transitions and system readiness.
  • Support verification of system readiness and operational capability before takeover.
  • Monthly reporting of HOTO progress to client and stakeholders
  • Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with the relevant parties including inspections, functional testing, and performance verification.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors all the relevant documentation required for handover including but not limited to redlines and ascons
  • Construct and compile O&M’s of all the relevant trades in accordance with the contractual, Defence and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
  • Provision of new build construction facilities
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking of deliverables, including test reports, warranties, certificates, and punch lists.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and alignment with operational expectations.
  • Assist in development and implementation of commissioning and handover requirements and strategies aligned with project milestones.
  • Facilitate formal handover of systems to operations or client teams, including final inspections and acceptance testing.
  • Support audits and quality assurance activities related to commissioning and HOTO processes.
  • Submission of all asset data (GDL related) accurate to what’s installed on site, location and corresponding datasheets.
  • Coordinate and manage Handover/Takeover (HOTO) processes and checklists across all project phases.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to incomplete or non-compliant handover packages.

  • Familiarity with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
