The Leasing Consultant will lead daily leasing operations, delivering customized tours, recommending floorplans, and highlighting local attractions to match prospective residents' preferences. They will follow up on every lead, ensuring prospects feel cared for, and must be available on Saturdays when traffic is highest.
Candidates need at least a high school diploma or GED, 1‑2 years of leasing or customer‑service experience (preferably in real estate), strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency with property‑management software and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of fair‑housing laws, the ability to work both independently and within a team, and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are also required.
