Description

Based in Houston, we are seeking a Director to provide global leadership for the Products business, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, safety and customer satisfaction across regions. The role carries full P&L responsibility and will be accountable for budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and capital investment while shaping product strategy and go‑to‑market execution. The Director will also lead a high‑performing global team, champion HSE standards, manage customer and supplier relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental and quality standards.

• Lead and develop a high‑performing global team with a strong safety, quality, and customer‑centric culture
• Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and capital investment
• Drive product strategy, go‑to‑market execution, pricing and profitability optimisation
• Oversee operational performance, cost control and financial risk management
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting, KPIs and operational metrics
• Champion HSE standards, incident management and continuous improvement
• Manage customer and supplier relationships, including dispute resolution
• Support brand development, marketing collateral and sales enablement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental and quality standards
• Provide global leadership and capability development across the products organisation
• Align business objectives with performance management, incentives and talent development
• Lead quality planning, assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with sales and commercial teams to support growth through insight and reporting
• Manage procurement and capital planning to meet short‑ and long‑term business needs
• Identify, assess and mitigate operational, financial and commercial risks
• Engage with regulators and external stakeholders as required

Requirements

• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in a global products, services or industrial business
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
• Proven success in product strategy, go‑to‑market execution, pricing and profitability optimisation
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams
• Solid understanding of HSE, quality and regulatory frameworks in a safety‑critical environment
• Track record of driving operational excellence, cost control and performance improvement
• Ability to translate strategy into clear KPIs, reporting and actionable insights
