Architectural Job Captain/Senior Job Captain/ Project Manager

Description

• Support and prepare drawing sets for city submittals and client reviews, assisting Project Managers and senior staff in all technical aspects and project documentation.
• Manage project fees, contracts, client interaction, QA/QC, schedule, status reports, and collections.
• Develop technical project drawings and lead the preparation of construction documents including but not limited to site plans, floor plans, elevations, wall sections, details, schedules, and notations under the direction of Project Managers or senior staff.
• Organize and direct project teams to deliver complete and unique building solutions based on client needs.
• Oversee project design coordination, ensuring the project’s design intent and objectives are met.
• Represent AO at client, team, and construction meetings.
• Coordinate with consultants as required to ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of AutoCAD required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 3+ years of Revit required.
• 5+ years of architectural production experience.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants and manage project deliverables.
• Possess moderate experience in technical drawing preparation and consultant coordination, contributing to the successful development and review of project construction documents.
