- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, consultants, and software providers to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure application reliability, data security, and compliance with IT governance policies
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, and related business systems
- Define team goals, KPIs, and development plans to build technical expertise and business understanding
- Develop and execute the enterprise applications roadmap in alignment with company strategy and operational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams on large-scale enterprise system projects, including upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery of IT initiatives
- Manage system integrations between manufacturing, financial, and customer platforms
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across IT and business teams
- Support audit and compliance requirements through proper documentation and system controls
- Partner with business intelligence teams to improve data reporting and analytics capabilities
- Oversee enterprise data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new enterprise applications, integrations, and upgrades
- Supervise and mentor application analysts, developers, and support staff
- Ensure that enterprise systems support scalability, data integrity, and performance objectives.
- Establish and maintain documentation, workflows, and change management processes
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
- Partner with business leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Engineering to identify system needs and process improvement opportunities

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field preferred
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading full lifecycle implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, production, and engineering
- Experience managing enterprise applications in a manufacturing environment required
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with MES, PLM, CRM, and HRIS systems integration in manufacturing contexts
- Experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies preferred
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in IT applications management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
