Prioritize and assign service requests, make-ready priorities, and repair projects
Responsible for sending balance correspondence such as late rent notices, balance letters, and credit notices, and conducting home visits and checking for vacancies
Responsible for processing all payments to residents' accounts, including but not limited to physical bank deposits off-site
Notify residents of upcoming community activities, regular resident recognition, follow-up on service requests, and continual promotion of resident services
Create an atmosphere of cooperation, enthusiasm, service urgency, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and professionalism among staff members
Ensure late notices are delivered to the appropriate resident; prepare legal action for eviction when necessary
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reporting as required for the property
Responsible for daily property walk-throughs to ensure the building and grounds are well-maintained
Adhere to the management company personnel and operations policy and procedures, and comply with company standards
Promote the implementation of an effective Resident Retention program
File evictions related to rent, compliance, and lease violations as needed
Maintain resident relations and resolve residents’ concerns in a professional, timely manner
Perform annual inspections of each unit
Complete proper move-in/move-out functions in Yardi
