Integration Supervisor: 2nd Shift (4:00pm - 2:30am)

Description

• Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning.
• Assemble and install all subassemblies post-fabrication (i.e. all subassemblies mechanically fastened).
• Complete required documentation of repairs and service information.
• Calibrate equipment to provide specifications.
• Interface with Operations Management and Engineers to review and offer input on production drawings and process improvements.
• Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.
• Coordinate/perform preventative maintenance on all tools utilized within the department.
• Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts.
• Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs.
• Oversee the work of company Electricians, Electrical Integrators, Industrial Technicians, and Industrial Assemblers.
• Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring.
• Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of electrical/mechanical experience in a lead role (Preferably manufacturing site).
• Strong understanding of Electrical Code.
• At least 5-8 years of electrical/mechanical experience in manufacturing
• Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel.
• Strong understanding of electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems.
• Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work.
• Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred..
• Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment.
• Completion of an electrician program at a technical or trade school preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license in state of practice.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
