Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a detail‑oriented Floor Technician for the 2nd shift on its commercial facilities team. The position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of all floor surfaces through routine and specialized care. Candidates should take pride in delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
Applicants should have at least one year of experience in commercial floor care or janitorial services, along with knowledge of floor‑care techniques and equipment. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform extended tasks, strong attention to detail, and a reliable, punctual work ethic are required. The role demands flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation ranges from $12.75 to $15.00 per hour, with pay reflecting location, experience, and collective bargaining status, and will not fall below minimum wage.
