This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys solving complex geotechnical challenges and wants to contribute to sustainable infrastructure, land development, and environmental projects across Western Canada.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- 8–10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience in a Canadian consulting environment.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (or eligible for registration).
- Valid BC driver’s license and ability to complete occasional fieldwork in various weather conditions and remote locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical or Geological Engineering (Master’s degree an asset).
- Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience leading project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in geotechnical design and analysis software.
Benefits
Salary: $110,000 – $180,000 + performance bonus
