Director of Delivery - Residential (RES7)

Description

• Develop and execute project delivery strategies that maximize quality, efficiency, and adherence to budgetary constraints
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress, challenges, and opportunities
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain compliance with project goals
• Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability in accordance with industry best practices
• Lead the overall delivery of residential projects in Districts 2 and 3, from initial planning stages to final delivery
• Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the project delivery team
• Work collaboratively with architects, designers, and construction teams to translate vision into practical outcomes that meet market expectations
• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is advantageous)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to ensure effective monitoring and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders
• At least 10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in the residential sector
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of managing large-scale residential developments
