The BIM Modeler III leads the production team by handling all aspects of BIM project delivery, including modeling, documentation, and quality control. This role supervises staff, provides verbal and written direction, and manages project resources, schedules, and budgets while adhering to REI standards and collaborating across multiple disciplines.
- Perform all tasks of a BIM Modeler II and lead modeling and documentation for projects.
- Supervise and train staff, providing clear verbal and written direction.
- Manage project models, resources, schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with REI BIM standards.
- Create and maintain electrical Revit models, families, views, sheets, schedules, and work‑sharing processes.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and integrate drawings from other trades.

- Possess a minimum of 1 year of Revit education and at least 5 years of electrical drafting experience.
- Hold an associate or bachelor's degree in Computerized Drafting, Architectural Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrate advanced Revit knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to read 2D plans and schedules.
- Exhibit strong communication, problem‑solving, self‑motivation, and multitasking abilities.
