F2F contact off site with TPI’s where necessary to support strategy
Providing accurate reports to both Management and TPI’s where necessary
To constantly hit profit and margin targets that sit within your TPI caseload having responsibility to drive sales through weekly contact with your TPI’s collating feedback to aid future improvements
Work with allocated support providing timely tenders with sufficient information
Weekly conference calls with your top TPI’s to manage their performance and track tenders, renewals
Adhere to agreed service level agreements for the pricing and servicing of TPI contracts
Working closely with TPI’s on objections, rejections, and credit control etc
Negotiating contracts taking them through the journey to agreed and signed
Be the “go to person” for all TPI enquiries - objections, billing issues, servicing queries, commission statements and consumption reports, new propositions etc
Account Plan with TPI’s to understand and give visibility of their routes to market, potential value and actions to progress value/volume
Accountability for overall performance and pipeline for your TPI’s covering Acquisitions, Renewals and New Connections
Providing up to date status to line manager for all key accounts via account planning including pipeline etc
Identify and understand TPI needs and work with key stakeholders to make things happen
Working with TPI’s to help reduce any outstanding debt for their customers
Utilise your experience and relationships in this market to grow the business
Lead, own incentives to create more business through allocated TPI’s

Understand challenges and blockers to sales and ensure these are logged, collated, and communicated to senior management and wider business
Experienced – Minimum 5 years’ experience in energy sales, ideally with experience from both a Supplier and a Broker.
