Logistics Coordinator

Act as a liaison between logistics, purchasing, and other departments to ensure cohesive supply chain operations.

Assist with procurement processes to ensure departmental flexibility and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Assist in developing and implementing SOPs for logistics and procurement processes.

Position Overview: As a logistics coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, gain hands-on experience in the energy industry, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery, resolving any issues that arise.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline logistics processes and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Manage daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.

Support cross-departmental projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing service levels.

Assist in developing logistics strategies to enhance operational performance and support business growth.

Process and record shipments, inventory, and logistics activities within an inventory management system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Up to 25% of travel required

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and CMMS systems.

Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.

Proven experience in relevant role.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
